Really great hotel just outside of Potsdam. Service is great. The dinners in the hotel restaurant are simply amazing.

this place is perfect to stay if you visit sanssouci park. the hotel was situated near the kuckucksweg bus stop, just 10 minutes walking distance. wildpark district definitely deserves exploring.

The hotel is in the middle of the woods, providing a very peaceful and quiet environment. The rooms are luxurious and everything was spotless. The breakfast provided was excellent and good value for money. The mezzanine area in our room was a great feature, adding extra space to enjoy.

The bistro was overpriced, with meals costing upwards of 50 Euros per person, and staff were rude when reservations were unavailable. The first room we were shown to was also basic and disappointing considering the high price we paid, but following a complaint, we were offered a more comfortable room for an additional fee.

Beautiful hotel located in the center of the forest. A perfect location and yet very close to the city. I also enjoyed the wellness facilities.

We were very happy during our 1 night stay. Excellent rooms, restaurant and pool. All neat and immaculate clean. Suberb quiet location in the middle of forest park. Very friendly and efficient service. We will stay here again for sure. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel nestled in the peaceful forest. The location was perfect for a restful getaway, yet still within easy reach of nearby attractions and villages. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the swimming pool was fantastic, offering a refreshing escape. The staff provided excellent service, with helpful and friendly assistance. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the restaurant menus were fantastic. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities, such as the air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities.

We highly recommend this place to our friends.

This is a hotel that really stands out. Friendliness of the staff, the beautiful and quiet location in the woods, the well selected dishes for the breakfast and the luxurious swimming pool with view on the trees - it all contributes to an experience that you will not lightly forget.

If you're looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway in the middle of nature, this place is perfect! The hotel is surrounded by forest and offers stunning views of the gardens. The pool and spa facilities are amazing, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We loved the fact that we had easy access to cycling paths, and the restaurant's food was great. We particularly enjoyed their wine selection that paired perfectly with the dishes.

The hotel was a bit understaffed during our stay, and the response time of room service wasn't the best. , we were disappointed to find out that pets weren't allowed in the restaurant or breakfast area, which made it difficult for us to fully enjoy our meals with our furry friend.

I could not connect to the internet with my tablet in the Wi-Fi area, this was a minus for me. Otherwise, all was really nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Staying here was a pleasure. I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, excellent facilities and ample free parking available. I appreciated the location being in the forest next to the capital of Germany which provided a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and always there to help. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was great.

Quiet location in the middle of the forest. Very nice spa with good size pool and beautiful sauna. Exeptional breakfast with real quality. We highly recommend a stay here.

Only downside is that it´s quite far to central Potsdam if you don´t have a car.

You have to make a table reservation in advance. If not you will have no chance for lunch or even worse dinner and no other option in 15 km. And in such a case personel is not helpful at all. If additionally you are with tired children...
